Elwood “The High Class Farmer” is a 1978 Chevy C30 Custom Deluxe package, reimagined as a “Empire Deluxe “ frame up resto-mod. Under the hood sits a “stock” 24v cummins. The longer you spend looking at it, the more little details your eyes will see. Nothing was left untouched with this build. The expertise Empire has with these chassis really shines through with the finished product.
