Introducing the Empire Special - Jimmy 4x4. This machine is completely recrafted by hand, on top of a highly optioned Roadster Shop Legends chassis. Featuring the 650-horsepower supercharged GM LT4 engine, GM heavy duty 2-speed 4WD transfer case, and GM 8L90 automatic transmission.

Empire Fabrication is unveiling this platform as our continuous production build, available for immediate construction. We offer the “square body” 1973 – 1991 K5 / Suburban, and 1973 – 1987 Chevrolet / GMC pickup truck, with modernized features throughout.

Empire Fabrication is a Roadster Shop chassis build expert, obsessed with crafting a highly refined and updated Modern Classics experience. All Empire Special builds receive a modern General Motors door latch system, including our innovative Cadillac soft-close option. This feature refines the classic vehicle experience with modern dependability and ease. No more slamming your classics door to close it shut!
